Karate School.

What we do: The Dragon Force Karate
Demo Team are ambassadors of the Ryoshin-Kan Karate School in Virginia Beach , Virginia. We
perform at various community and social events to bring awareness to the benefits of a structured martial arts program.
The Dragon Force Karate Demo Team and the Ryoshin-Kan Karate School were established
by their Founder / Director, Shihan Tim Thompson in 1980.
*Dragon Force
National Karate Team*
The Dragon Force National Karate Team was established by Shihan Tim Thompson in 1995. The Dragon Force National Team performs Karate Shows and competes at National Championships. Members of the
Dragon Force National Team are selected from the star performers of the main Dragon Force Karate Demo Team.
Shihan Tim Thompson's outstanding Dragon Force National Team has won 12 National / World Championships
in 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Dragon Force has won the World Cup Team Grand Champion Nine times and they are the
First Demo Team to Win the World Cup Martial Arts Championships three years in a Row! Go...Go Dragon Force

Shihan (Master)
Thompson, 8th Dan: is a true Martial Arts Master. He is a World & National
Martial Arts Champion and he has been inducted into the Hall of Fames five times. He is the Official OMAA Virginia State Director,
RMAA National Director, and a Member of the World Stuntmans Association. Dr. / Shihan Tim Thompson is a distinguish member
of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Council of FIMA University. He is a retired decorated Navy Commander and a graduate
of both VMI and FIMA University.

USA KARATE CHAMPIONS: Congrats to the Ryoshin-Kan Karate School's "Team Dragon Force"
on an outstanding performance at the 2009 East Coast Martial Arts Championships that were conducted at the Bethel High School
in Hampton, Virginia on 26 April 2009.Team Dragon Force won a total of 32 Trophies including 15 First Place.
